Patricia joined Vincents Solicitors in 2022 as a Senior Solicitor in the Trusts & Estates department. She is based in Lytham and deals with all aspects of private client matters including Wills, Probate, Inheritance Tax, Estate Planning, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Elderly Client Issues.

Patricia graduated from the University of Central Lancashire, qualified in 2005 and is a full member of the Society for Trusts & Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Handling a deceased’s person estate can be a daunting and stressful process but Patricia’s role is to make it as straightforward as possible. Clients often put their trust in what she does. Patricia ensures she does the best for her clients, administering the estate efficiently and effectively.
