Olivia is a Commercial Property Solicitor at Vincents, based in the Preston office. She deals with different types of commercial property matters, including sales and purchases of property, and landlord and tenant work. A large part of her work at Vincents involves working for a registered provider of social housing and advising them in relation to their complex leasing and property development arrangements involving multiple parties; including dealing with Agreements for Lease, Leases and any Collateral Warranties required.

As well as Olivia’s work undertaken in this sector, she advises other commercial clients such as individuals and companies in all areas of commercial property work. Her experience at Vincents includes acting for commercial lenders and dealing with Licences to Assign, Licences for Alterations, Rent Deposit Deeds, advising on personal guarantees, dealing with Conditional Contracts (where planning permission is being sought) Option Agreements, and Electricity Substation and Telecommunications Leases.

Olivia enjoys developing relationships with clients, drafting and negotiating documentation that requires meticulous attention and seeing a matter successfully complete when it has been a particularly challenging case.
