Mark Mosley is Director of Family Law and based at Vincents Head Office in Preston.

Mark has specialised in Family Law for most of his career. He has over 25 years of experience in handling Divorce, Finances, and unmarried/cohabitation cases, often involving businesses, multiple properties, and pension.

He has a thorough knowledge of Family Law and is known for his focus on resolution, being realistic, measured, and down-to-earth. Mark’s experience has taught him no two cases are alike and that each case is unique, requiring a full understanding and tailored approach focusing on his client’s needs within the parameters of their circumstances and the law.

Mark is a member of Resolution, supporting and applying the principles that unnecessary confrontation in emotionally charged situations is damaging to the parties and their children, which he works hard to avoid.

Mark is also the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice at Vincents, overseeing the regulatory obligations of the firm.
