Beth Laws
Beth Laws is a Solicitor in the Private Law Children and Public Law Childcare Department.
Beth graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2016 with a First-Class Law Degree with Honours. Beth joined the firm in 2019 as a Paralegal, she progressed to a Trainee Solicitor in 2023 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2024 after having successfully completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
Beth runs her own case load and specialises in matters involving children, including Pre-Proceedings and Private Law Proceedings. Beth also specialises in cases involving Domestic Violence and is trained in making Legal Aid applications and assisting clients to obtain Legal Aid.
As part of Beth’s training, she has also spent time working in the Conveyancing and Private Client teams assisting with both residential and commercial transactions and wills and probate matters.”
