Beth Laws is a Solicitor within the Family team at Vincents.

Beth joined the firm in February 2019. Having graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 2016 with a First Class Law Degree, Beth then returned to university on a part-time basis to complete the LPC and qualify as a Solicitor.

Beth joined us from the Local Authority and has the advantage of working with cases from both sides of the spectrum. Beth specialises in matters involving children, including Care Proceedings and Private Law Proceedings.

Beth’s primary role in the firm is to assist Child Panel Solicitors Fahrat Unnisa and Val Shaw. However, she also runs her own Pre-Proceedings files. Beth is also trained in making Legal Aid applications and assisting clients in order to obtain Legal Aid.

Beth has also undertaken work placements within the Private Client Team.
