Having graduated in Law from the University of Central Lancashire and completing her postgraduate studies at Chester College of Law, Olivia joined Vincents Solicitors as a trainee Solicitor in 2003 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 before being appointed Partner in 2007.

Olivia is a Director and Head of the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence departments and has over 20 years of experience dealing with Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence claims. She has a keen interest in representing Claimants who have been involved in accidents at work and has specific experience in helping Claimants who have been seriously injured. Olivia also represents Claimants in Clinical Negligence cases.

Olivia has been a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) since 2005 and is an APIL Accredited Senior Litigator.
