Sean is a Senior Associate in our Private Client team, specialising in Wills, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Elderly Client Services. He offers advice on all aspects of Estate Planning, including Wills, Inheritance Tax Issues and Trusts. Sean also advises on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Applications. Sean also offers advice to clients in relation to their potential Inheritance Tax liability and also provides advice on planning for long-term care.

Sean qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive 20 years ago and subsequently went on to qualify as a Trust and Estate Practitioner and is now a full member of the highly regarded Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Sean joined Vincents Solicitors in November 2023 and works from both Penwortham and Mary E Lowe at Vincents offices, having previously spent 28 years with Napthens Solicitors in Preston and has over 20 years experience, specialising in Wills, Probate and Inheritance Tax Advice. He is very approachable, understanding and provides well-rounded and clear advice to meet client’s needs and requirements.
