Katie is HR Manager at Vincents. She has worked in HR for over 15 years, with a few breaks in between to travel and live overseas, and is CIPD qualified. She’s worked in small businesses as well as large companies, including Argos Retail Group, Parcelforce and First Group. Katie moved to London straight after graduating from Leeds University to start her first HR role at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and studied for her CIPD qualification at the University of Westminster.

In her role at Vincents, Katie provides overall HR management and support to staff and managers. She has a particular interest in process improvement and culture change, making working life more straightforward, enjoyable and fulfilling. Katie is also a qualified Holistic Therapist and Personal Development Coach. Having qualified in NLP coaching six years ago, she also practices Reiki and Reflexology. When not working at Vincents, she helps private clients create personal change and improve their wellbeing.
