Sarah McCarthy joined Vincents in December 2022, when Vincents opened their second Lytham Park Street office.

Sarah is a Senior Solicitor and specialises in Family and Divorce as well as Wills, Trusts and Probate, enabling her to offer comprehensive advice to her clients.

Sarah graduated from Lancaster University before attending the College of Law in Chester. She has worked in West Lancashire since 1998.

In family law, Sarah is an experienced, collaboratively-trained Solicitor and member of Resolution, which means that she is committed to helping her clients reach a fair and appropriate settlement following the breakdown of their relationship.

She can also offer her clients an alternative to court proceedings by using collaborative law and having round-table meetings to reach a resolution.  Sarah covers all aspects of family law but specialises in Divorce, Finances, Separation Agreements and Pre-Marital Agreements.

In private client services, Sarah is a full member of STEP and specialises in the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate.
