Zarafsha is a trainee solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial department at Vincent’s Solicitors, working with Michael Sandys as she approaches qualification in July 2025. She has been gaining experience in various areas, from employment tribunal disputes to corporate transactions and Intellectual Property matters.

In her role, she is involved in preparing and reviewing documents, conducting legal research, and shadowing senior solicitors on client consultations. This has included tasks such as assisting with share purchase agreements, drafting responses to employment claims, and assisting with trade mark applications. Zarafsha is committed to growing her expertise in corporate and commercial law and supporting our clients with expertise and commercial advice.
