June Caunce is Head of Residential Conveyancing and is part of the Senior Management team at Vincents.

June’s legal career has been long and varied, encompassing private practice, a major house builder’s in-house legal department and, more recently, a large corporate conveyancing organisation. During this time, June has dealt with all types of residential properties, including freehold and leasehold houses and flats, shared ownership and new build properties, both buying and selling. She also handles remortgage work and transfers of equity.

June prides herself on her no-nonsense approach and straightforward advice, given in plain English. June strives to provide all of her clients with consistently excellent service during what can be a particularly stressful time.

Additionally, June runs Vincents Chorley office. Over time, June has grown her team there, sharing her knowledge, expertise and excellence, and now leads a successful, large team of Conveyancers.
