Biography

Lisa Lodge is Director of Private Client Services at Vincents Solicitors and she also runs our Garstang office.  Lisa is a member of Vincents Management Board.

With over 20 years of experience, Lisa deals with Estate planning and Wills. She acts as a Professional Deputy, looking after the property and financial affairs of those who do not have capacity to do so. During her time in this role, she has built up an excellent client base in Court of Protection work. Lisa works with clients who may have lost capacity due to age-related brain conditions or injury. This involves working with case managers, psychologists, occupational therapists, support workers, local authority social workers and financial advisers.

In her role, she provides advice to litigators on brain injury cases, makes applications to the Court of Protection and works with clients’ families providing support and advice regarding Lasting Powers of Attorney and the Office of the Public Guardian. Her role also involves advising on care and local authority financial assessments.

Before her time at Vincents, Lisa worked for regional and national law firms. She combines all of her experience in her role as a Solicitor with her passion for business development and personal development, and is currently studying for her Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) professional qualification.

Additionally, Lisa’s role involves the development and growth of the Private Client team.  She also works with local charities, providing support for them and their members.
