Elliot Turner is a Conveyancing Assistant at Vincents office in Lytham. He has almost 10 years of experience working in Residential Conveyancing with Luke Robinson.

Elliot is the first point of contact for Lytham Conveyancing clients. His role involves responding to enquiries on sale files, reviewing titles, searches and mortgage offers, then raising enquiries on purchase files. Elliot prepares the files for completion, liasing with clients at every stage of the process.

Elliot thrives on the fast pace of the work and enjoys being busy. It gives him enormous pride to guide clients through the sale/purchase process, especially when it is a client’s first home. He takes time to explain the process in plain English to alleviate any stress or worries his clients might have.
